Side Eight Wellness ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Side Eight Wellness app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data — email, display name and avatar (if provided) for sign-in.
• Subscription state — your subscription status and trial dates.
• Favourites & journal — reflections you save inside the app. Journal entries are stored on your device unless you explicitly export them.
• Diagnostic data — anonymous error reports to keep the app stable.

What we do not collect

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your reflections or journal content for advertising or model training.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Emotional Safety, or by emailing us at contact@sideeight.com.au.
